How far in advance should I order?
Placing an order 2-3 weeks ahead of your event is sufficient. For larger orders (more than 4 dozen), one months notice is ideal to allow me the time to get cutters and materials for your order. Rush orders (less than two weeks notice) will require an additional fee.
How much are your cookies?
Cookies begin at $78/dozen. I set my prices based on the size of the cookie cutter, number of colors of royal icing needed, and the level of detail required for each cookie. Typically, custom sets end up between $78-$84/dz.
Do you ship your cookies?
I do not ship cookies directly from my shop. If you are interested in purchasing cookies and shipping them, I’d be happy to guide you through packaging them to preserve them in the mail! Or, for an additional charge, I can package them for you.
How are your cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually heat sealed to maintain freshness. Cookies will stay fresh for up to two weeks, or one to two months in the freezer. Your custom cookies will come in a box with paper shred and ribbon to complete your packaging!
How can I place a custom order?
Fill out the form in the “Contact” tab to get started. You’ll receive a custom quote within 48 hours via e-mail. If you do not see an email from me within 48 hrs, check your spam folder, then send me an email! Once your designs are confirmed, a full deposit is due to hold your order.
What is the minimum required order?
One dozen cookies.
Do you ever offer discounts?
Custom cookies require a lot of dedicated time- beginning with talking through your custom set, designing the details, making the dough, cutting out and baking your cookies, and of course, decorating! For that reason, I don’t offer discounts. However, I offer “cheaper,” pre-designed dozens and sets for nearly all holidays!
